Tipp City Youth Soccer, Inc (TCYS) is a member Club of US Youth Soccer and the Miami Valley East Soccer League locally. TCYS provides a program in which children ages 4 to 18 years can learn, play, and enjoy the game of soccer in a less competitive, recreational atmosphere. Referees are an important component in helping the coaches and players succeed; they help the games run smoothly by promoting Fair Play and safety while applying the Laws of the Game modified for the younger age groups. Many of our referees get additional training in order to referee more competitive matches in other local leagues and in tournaments. In addition to providing a means to earn money, refereeing is a great way for teenagers and adults alike to learn new skills while helping the youth of our community learn and play the game of soccer.

• Read the Referee Training Requirements and the TCYS Referee Program Report  detailing the Tipp City program last season.
• Find, complete, and submit the Referee Application if you would like to consider refereeing. No playing or refereeing experience is required to apply. You will asked for which Club you would like work for. There is no obligation to referee, as anyone may take this course, which is open to all interested individuals, including referee trainees, coaches, players, and parents.

10U Wings 7v7 matches – 1 Referee - $40

12U Strikers 9v9 matches – 2 Referees - $42  (+ $20 if no partner)

14U Kickers 9v9 matches - 2 Referees - $44  (+ $20 if no partner)
